CHRISTIAN EDUCATION: Children and Youth
SEE the Newsletter under the News & Announcements Tab for detailed descriptions and times for events this month
Sunday School – following worship at 10:15a Sundays, September through May
Kinder Connect (3-year-olds - 3rd graders)
Kinder Connect is for students 3 years of age through third grade. The weekly lessons consist of a Bible verse, arts and crafts, singing, and various activities to further students’ understanding of Jesus love for them and for all people. Students will have two teachers every week who rotate on weekly basis.
Be Bold (4th-6th graders)
Developmentally, preteens are on the edge physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. They’re deciding what they believe. They have faith questions that can’t be answered with simple fill-in-the-blank answers. Be BOLD is designed for students grades 4-6 and give them exactly what they need: a safe place to ask faith-based questions and a place for them to connect with students their age.
Confirmation Class (7th-8th graders)
For those students desiring to become confirmed members. This year we focus on the Bible - learning what God's word teaches for our life in faith.
